Can I migrate from Mailchimp, Brevo or HubSpot?

Yes. Native CRM contact import and ESP connection are available for Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailjet and SendGrid. For other tools, CSV export combined with AI will rebuild your templates and sections in a few clicks. On Pro and Business, we handle the migration at no extra cost.

How does the AI learn my brand?

Accepted Answer

You provide your website, colours and tone of voice when you set up. Maia (the AI agent) builds a persistent design system and brand memory. Every piece of content generated — emails, pages, articles, forms — automatically applies your identity, with no need to remind it each time.

Question 3

What is an AI credit and how many do I use?

Accepted Answer

1 credit ≈ 1 simple AI action. A full generated email = 20–30 credits, an AI landing page = 20 credits, an SEO article = 5 credits, a full Maia strategy = 20 credits. The Pro plan (800 credits/month) covers the typical usage of a freelancer or active SME.

What happens when I exceed my quota?

Accepted Answer

AI credits: AI features pause while the rest of the platform keeps running. You can buy a one-off pack (purchased credits never expire) or upgrade. Emails: automatic billing at {overage}€ per additional 1,000 emails via Stripe.

Question 5

Can I change my plan at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rata adjustment from the current day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, with no penalty or data loss. No lock-in period — you stay in control.

Can multiple people access the account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro includes 3 members, Business includes 10. Each member has their own login and role (admin, member, viewer). AI credit balance, CRM contacts and templates are shared across the workspace.
